If I use a credit card to purchase something at Discount-Sex-Toys-Dildos-Vibrators.com, what will show up on my credit card statement?

What if I have a question about an order I've already placed?
Our toll-free number is only used to take new orders but we have other customer support reps who handle issues with orders that have already been placed. If you have questions about tracking numbers, shipping times, order changes, etc... please use our Customer Support/Feedback Form so we can get those issues resolved asap.
Will my shipment be packaged discreetly?
Absolutely! Your order will be shipped in a completely plain box. The return address label will read either "Christi's" or nothing at all. Your package will not bear any external markings that will give away the nature of your order. We also require an adult signature on all deliveries to ensure you recieve it.
Do you ship orders outside the United States?
We currently only ship to the lower 48 state.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Domestic orders will usually be processed by Discount-Sex-Toys-Dildos-Vibrators.com within 5 hours of the business day they are received and shipped out immediately. Standard shipments should arrive within five to seven business days of your order, sometimes sooner depending on your distance from Texas.
Do you have any options for Priority Shipping or Next Day Delivery?
Our priority shipping charges are as follows:

Next Day Air - $48.00
If you'd like your package shipped using one of these options, enter your request into the "Special Instructions" box during checkout and we'll update your shipping charge and get your order out asap. Orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped till Monday. Our free shipping offer does not include orders shipped 2nd or Next Day Air.
Can I return my purchase if I'm not satisfied with it?
Discount-Sex-Toys-Dildos-Vibrators.com offers guarantees on all of its products. Any unopened, unused products can be returned for a refund or store credit (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase. If a product is opened we are not able to provide a refund or exchange due to health and sanitation laws. No refunds on dolls or pumps, replacement for defective products only.

Once you have your order ready, click the "Checkout" button near the bottom of the page. You will now be prompted to either register as a new customer or log in as an existing customer using your email address and password. The next screen is for entering your shipping information. Once all this information is entered you'll come to the "Shipment Summary" page, double check the information, add any extra comments, check the "Overseas Shipping" box if it applies and print this page. You can mail this "Shipment Summary" page along with your check or money order to:

If you would prefer, you can email us at support at texasmagazines dot com with all shipping and billing information along with products desired. We will then provide you a link via email to your Order Form for you to print out.
Please note:
• We can only accept checks that are imprinted with your name and address.
• Orders paid for by personal check can take up to three weeks to process.
• Orders are subject to stock availability.
• Mail orders, either by check or by money order, can only be returned for store credit.
• To get a confirmation of your order being received and a shipping confirmation, an email address must be included.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Because our order system processes orders immediately after we receive them, you cannot cancel an order once you have completed the checkout procedures -- chances are, we've already boxed it and loaded it into the truck! However, if you change your mind after you've placed an order, simply use our Customer Support/Feedback Form within 5 hours of placing the order and let us know of your intentions. We will work to stop the order from being shipped to save the cost of shipping the package.
My product has a manufacturer's warranty card. Should I send this in to protect my purchase?
We do not recommend completing and mailing in manufacturer's warranty cards. While these offers do guarantee certain compensation if your product is defective, manufacturers often sell the personal information requested on such warranty cards to third-party marketing companies, violating your privacy.
